blogging from a beginner

This is my first attempt at starting a blog.  I dont have a clue about any of this yet but im trying to start something to help improve my life and try to find a different outlet.  There is so much I want to write. My mind is full of ideas but i dont yet know how to blog.  So here goes i dont know if anyone will go on this journey with me.  Maybe nobody will ever read this but I am going to give it a try.......
